Kamdhenu Dairy is the operator of www.nutridewmilk.com & Nutridew Milk app. By placing an order through this Website or App, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website or app, but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and may not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
There is no shipping cost for milk, paneer and ghee being ordered from specific pin codes in Kolkata. In case of Ghee order being places from far off place, shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Dispatch Time
New Milk orders are usually dispatched in 1 day after the booking & payment of order.
In case of Paneer and Ghee, it may be need one additional day as may be needed for preparation.
We deliver only in Kolkata at this moment in specific pin codes. In case you don’t find your pin code during the booking, please WhatsApp us on 8961574308.
3.2 Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we need to be notified 24 hours before your original delivery schedule. If we are able to deliver at your new address, we will confirm and deliver.
3.3 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
4. Return
We don’t accept return of the items. In case of any concern please reach out to customer service.
5. Cancellations
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, we are able to accept cancellations only till specific time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy.
Cancellation should be done by 9 pm for the next day morning delivery and by 2 pm same day for the evening delivery.
