- Customer can cancel/stop their subscription using Nutridew Milk mobile or Web application or by reaching out to the customer support on WhatsApp @ +91-8961574308.
- Multiple Accounts cannot be created with same address, if found then Kamdhenu Dairy has the right to cancel/stop the Customer's subscription.
- Any cancellation or additional requirement for Morning delivery is accepted within 9 pm the previous day and for Evening delivery accepted within 2 pm the same day.
- If customer denies taking delivery at the time of delivery, he / she will have to pay the charges.
- If customer is not available at the delivery location and no one is available to receive the product, he/ she will have to pay the charges.
